One of many posts on the net in regards to the recent hype on kicks…more specificly Jordans and Foamposites.
Being a part of this growing and changing sneaker culture for 10 years, i’ve actually only considered myself a collector after I realized there was actually a culture, where cats were crazy about shoes such as myself. But there are also some crazy people who are out to hurt the game. Unfortunately, people take advantage for a quick dollar, but at the same time, the consumers determine the prices at which these shoes are going for. Re-sellers success is based off of what you will pay. So next time you see a pair of Foamposites or Jordans marked up $60.00+, ask yourself if it’s worth $60.00+ or more to you. Would you pay an extra $60.00+ to keep it beast?
Haha yup. Any advice to achieve my goal, Sir Shoe God. I shall bow down in your presence.
HA HA, man please- this niggah, just get what you like and don’t follow the hype- rock your kicks, and keep em clean. And be patient…collecting takes time, and patience. OH! and pay attention to general release kicks my man…a lot of people sleep on em, but if you think about it, those are always the ones that hard to find years from now.
